Hey there, fellow boaters! Doug Smith and Melinda D'Antuono here, co-founders of Aquamarine Water Solutions, and we're excited to share with you the journey that led us to revolutionize onboard water treatment.
A few years back, we purchased our boat and we took a closer look at its fresh water system. We couldn't help but wonder: how are other boaters using their onboard water? To our surprise, many were hesitant to drink, brush their teeth, or even shower with it. Dissatisfied with this status quo, we set out on a mission to find a solution.
Our journey led us to AquaTabs Marine, a recently EPA-registered product. We decided to put it to the test on our own boat during the first season. Through trial and error, we perfected its use. We could now leave our water bottles at home and confidently drink water straight from our galley sink.
Empowered by our success, we set out to develop a comprehensive solution for treating onboard water systems.
